The garden reception

After our lovely afternoon at the temple, we reconvened that evening at a garden in my parents' neighborhood. Their neighbor is a landscape designer and used the lot next to his home to create an amazing garden to showcase his talents, and he graciously offered to host Amy and Kyle's wedding reception there. Friday night erupted into a downpour as we came home from dinner and when we awoke to gray and drizzly weather outside, it only dampened our moods. As we drove to the Salt Lake Temple, it poured, and as we ran to the front desk, it continued to sprinkle and looked like it was set in its ways for the rest of the day. Despite the gloominess on the outside, the inside was lovely and the ceremony even lovelier. ...
